Account & Registration

To register, you'll need an active mobile number (for OTP verification), an email address, and your accurate personal details. You must be at least 18 years old. Registration is completely free and takes just 3–5 minutes.
Tips: The name and date of birth you provide during registration must match your National ID Card exactly, as this information will be required for KYC verification later.

No. Each person is only permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts violates Remi's Terms & Conditions violation, and both accounts may be suspended. If a duplicate account is detected, all bonuses and winnings will also be forfeited.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and an OTP will be sent to you. Verify the OTP and set a new password. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Go to the login page →

You can temporarily or permanently close your account from Account Settings. Alternatively, in the Help Center Contact us via live chat. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If you're closing due to a gambling problem, please use the self-exclusion option.

After registration, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Verify your account with that OTP and it will be activated immediately. If the OTP doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, use the "Resend" option or contact support.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All payments are secure and encrypted. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 3–24 hours.

Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed. Please make sure your KYC is done before submitting your first withdrawal request.

Remi does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider — such as a bank or mobile banking service — may apply their own charges. For crypto withdrawals, network gas fees apply.

Bonuses & Promotions

Your welcome bonus is credited to your account as soon as you make your first deposit after registering. You can receive a bonus of up to 100% of your deposit amount (up to the specified maximum limit). Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be used.

Wagering requirements refer to how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place ৳5,000 worth of bets before withdrawing. Terms vary by offer — On the Promotions page View details.

Yes. Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited. The expiry date will be visible in your account once the bonus is credited.

Live betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is ongoing. Odds shift every second based on how the game unfolds. To place a live bet, log in and head to the "Live" section. Quick decision-making is key, as odds can change in an instant.

Cash out lets you claim a partial or full win before the match ends. For example, if your team is leading but the game isn't over yet, cashing out locks in a guaranteed return at that moment. The cash-out amount changes as the match progresses.

If a match or event is cancelled, your stake is generally refunded. For abandoned or suspended matches, the outcome is determined in accordance with Remi's policy. Details in the Terms & Conditions here.

Security & Account Protection

Yes. Remi uses 256-bit SSL encryption that meets international banking standards. Your personal information and payment data are never shared with third parties. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Details in the Privacy Policy here.

Log in to your account and go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You can enable 2FA via mobile number or an authenticator app. Once active, you'll need to enter an OTP along with your password at every login.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. It must be completed before your first withdrawal. It helps prevent fraud and keeps your account secure. Without KYC, you can make deposits but will not be able to withdraw funds.
